FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

Q. Are all the rooms air-conditioned?
A. Yes, all 3 rooms and living room are air-conditioned.

Q. How do I make a booking?
A. Submit the Availability Checking Form, you'll be given a link to the Booking Form if the unit is available for the period requested.

Q. How do I make payment?
A. You may choose to pay via Paypal or bank deposit when filling up the booking form. Further payment instruction will be given when we received your booking. Bank deposit is eligible to Malaysian only.

Q. What is the full address of the condo unit?
A. It will be given only after your booking is confirmed and payment received.

Q. How and when do I check-in?
A. After payment done, you'll be given related contact numbers. Before your departure to Ipoh (at least 1 day in advance), please contact the personnel to make appointment for your arrival/check-in time. She will be waiting for you at the condo. Remember to bring along your payment receipt and security deposit (in cash) for verification and check in purpose.

Q. Is the rental price inclusive of taxes and other surcharges?
A. Yes, it is a nett price. No hidden fees.

Q. Is there any parking space allocated?
A. Yes, there is 1 parking lot available for your usage. If you have extra cars, you can park it at the guest parking lot.

Q. Do we need to clean up the place before we leave?
A. No, we will have our cleaner to clean up the place after your departure.

Q. Are we suppose to bring our own towels and toiletries?
A. Toiletries and clean towels are supplied.

Q. Do you provide daily housekeeping service?
A. No, this is not provided. If you need it, we can arrange it for you with extra charge.

Q. Can we pay upon arrival?
A. No, we are committed with payment first.
