Where and What's in it?

The unit of the Regency Terrance Condominium is located opposite of the Heritage Hotel and near the Ipoh Turf Club.

The Regency Terrace Condominium is one of the first condominiums available in Ipoh. The environment is peaceful and calm. Most of the residents are middle class and above. There are quite a few of foreigners staying there too.

The available unit has 3 bedrooms, each equipped with a queen-sized bed. It costs you only RM250 per night. Furthermore, there is a living room with TV, a well equiped kitchen with microwave, fridge etc. to prepare your own meals. The total size of the condo is approx. 1,200 sq. ft.

The condo have plenty of space for your luggage, and with the washing machine and dryer available, you can have your clothes clean whenever needed.

Even though hotels provide laundry service, but you just don't wish to let them do some of your clothes. Such as your favorite clothes, clothes that need special handling, expensive branded clothes etc. Right?

Stay Fit

If you are staying for few days, you can stay in fit by playing tennis/basketball. There is a swimming pool in the condo, it's even better if you can swim. With the excellent Ipoh food, think about a yummy dim sum breakfast and a beansprout chicken with Sar Hor Fun dinner, there is the temptation to eat a little too much.

Conclusion

Although I live in Kuala Lumpur now, my hometown is Ipoh. I have stayed in the condo several times when I back to Ipoh. It is overall a clean and nice unit located at a very convenient place.

The unit was meant for the owner use, so it has been renovated in some ways. As I mentioned before, Aunt Clara just shifted to Kuala Lumpur to stay with her daughter. Instead of letting the unit in vacant, she decided to rent it out, taking the advice from my mother.

Certainly, it's my choice of Ipoh accommodation.

Price

We offer a special price of RM250 per night, which is cheaper than TWO standard rooms in Heritage Hotel! In comparison... if you want this kind of accommodation in the Heritage Hotel (without the kitchen facilities!), it will easily cost you over RM400!

Security deposit: Half of the total amount rental to be paid. Payable in cash on arrival, which is held and returned to you at the end of your stay.

The condo is a money SAVER, let alone the privacy.
