and how it turns into a website that works

Before introducing myself, I would like to thank you for your great support to Explore-Ipoh.com.

My name is Andrea Sam, a Chinese girl who was born and grown up in Ipoh, Malaysia.

Before I found out about SBI - Site Built It! , I've never thought that I would build a website that could actually earn me real money while helping people by providing information on a place that I love.

It's about 3 years ago when I found out about SBI! I believed that I saw the name of SBI! before but I never take it seriously until I saw the name again. So, this time I took a deep look into the site, which at first I thought it's just another web hosting promotion site. But...

...the truth is, I was amazed! Before this, I was in the midst of finding an online earning strategy that works. I was disappointed by all those tricks or so called "techniques/strategies" recommended. Only until the day I found out about SBI!'s famous theory on C->T->P->M, I was like "Yes, I finally found it!".

Wondering what is C->T->P->M?

It stands for Content->Traffic->Presell->Monetize. It is the process for a successfull web business. Don't be scared of the words "web business", it's not meant for those big guys only, it's for small guys like you and me too. A hobby site is great enough for this!

I created my first content site: Ipoh-MalaysiaVacationGuide.com. I didn't take on SBI!'s offer in the first place. Instead, I built the website by myself, manually. I tried to follow the C->T->P->M and other advices from SBI! as much as possible. But it is an impossible task to complete, it's just too overwhelming and exhausting!

BUT... that site still works and started to bring in real money!

This really boosts up my confidence in SBI! And I'm really exhausted from doing everything (especially those technical things) manually by myself.

Thus, I decided to transfer that site to SBI! and here born the Explore-Ipoh.com.

The Content->Traffic->Presell->Monetize theory makes me realize that my site should take the responsibility to provide valuable and high quality content/information to you. Taking that objective in mind, I feel so happy that my site can help you out a bit or more in your vacation planning.

I choose to write about something I'm familiar and passionate about, which is my hometown - Ipoh. I'm staying in Kuala Lumpur now as I work here, but I still feel well connected to my hometown - Ipoh.

Even though my life circle is in Kuala Lumpur since I have studied and lived here about 6 years, I could just feel the “back-to-home feeling" every time I reach the boundary of Ipoh.

The mountain view on my way back to Ipoh always excites me

Even though my family moved to KL now, I still get back to Ipoh once a month. This actually give me the chance to focus on visiting interesting places in Ipoh and write about it. You know, when you are living there, you tend to be more relaxed. Now with limited time for every visit, I feel the urgency and make use of it as much as possible. Make sense? Hehe.

For me, the air in Ipoh is fresher; the water is cleaner and sweeter, and so on so on. I hope you can feel how much I love my hometown - Ipoh.

Sadly, Ipoh is really lack of promotion. People often refer it as a boring and perfect place for retirement. It's just like a hidden treasure.

That's why I build this website, to introduce Ipoh to you. Nice things become better when you share with others, rite? :)
