It seems like this is a newly opened (07 August 2010) hotel branch at the suburban of Ipoh. I suppose it is located at the industrial area.

However, it's quite near to one of the Ipoh attractions, Perak Tong.

Anyway, Ipoh is not that big, if you don't have transportation problem, it should be okay to save some money by staying at this kind of budget hotel.
